Warranty Information Conditions of Guarantee:

For the purposes of this document, "manufacturer" refers to Albiral Display Solutions, S.L. and "distributor" refers to Visual Aids Electronics Corp. d/b/a Conference Systems.

The manufacturer guarantees all Albiral and Arthur Holm Trademark LCD/TFT monitors against defects in manufacturing in accordance with the following conditions:

  1. This guarantee covers the original product purchaser for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase.

  2. This guarantee covers:

    1. Parts: During the warranty period, the replacement of any electronic and mechanical parts against any defects in manufacturing. The guarantee does not cover any faulty electronic and/or mechanical components arising from incorrect installation, non-authorized modification, and inadequate transport or as a result of atmospheric phenomenon.

    2. Labor: The manufacturer covers labor costs for replacement of any defective parts (in accordance to paragraph 2a) during the period of this warranty.

    3. Transport Costs:

      1. In the case that a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days after the purchase date, both freight and insurance will be paid by manufacturer

        Although manufacturer pays for transport and insurance cost, manufacturer and/or distributor will not be responsible for the damages caused by transport if the customer does not inform in writing when receiving the goods.

      2. After 30 days of the purchase date, both freight and insurance costs will be paid by the customer.

    4. Manufacturer and/or distributor will not be responsible for the damages caused by transport when this is paid by customer.

    5. The guarantee is not valid if persons other than an authorized service center have handled the product and if the product has been manipulated and/or modified.

    6. The beneficiary of the Guarantee will have to send the devices with the original packaging or an appropriate one to guarantee there are no damages during the transport.

    7. The guarantee is not valid if the customer does not obtain an official manufacturer RMA form from distributor and submit a copy of the purchasing invoice to the distributor.

  3. Manufacturer recognizes all guaranteed user rights by all legal rules from its region, and in the absence of them, all established consumer rights by general law 26/84.

Additional Warranty Terms and Information Only Applying to Arthur Holm Dynamic Series

LIMITED 5 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ENGINE AND MECHANICAL PARTS

The engine and mechanical lifting parts and any of their parts other than those covered by either the separate warranties below or those subject to normal wear and tear are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase. If any manufacturing defect appears in the engine and mechanical lifting parts or in their parts other than those parts covered below or those subject to normal wear and tear within 5 years of purchase.

LIMITED 2 YEAR WARRANTY FOR LCD PANEL, LCD PANEL INVERTER, LCD CONTROLLER AND POWER SUPPLY

The electric parts of the Arthur Holm Dynamic series are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase.

GENERAL WARRANTY TERMS

  1. Parts: During the above mentioned warranty period (LIMITED 5-YEAR WARRANTY ENGINE AND MECHANICAL LIFTING PARTS & LIMITED 2-YEAR WARRANTY LCD PANEL, LCD PANEL INVERTER, LCD CONTROLLER AND POWER SUPPLY), the replacement of any electronic and mechanical parts against any defects in manufacturing. Panels that have more than 3 defective pixels (15-18"), more than 4 defective pixels (20-23") and more than 5 defective pixels (30-40"), will be replaced under warranty.

    The guarantee does not cover any faulty electronic and/or mechanical components arising from incorrect installation, non-authorized modification, and inadequate transport or as a result of atmospheric phenomenon.

  2. Labor: Manufacturer covers labor costs for replacement of any defective parts (in accordance to paragraph A) during the period of this warranty.

  3. Transport costs:

    1. In the case that a manufacturing defect occurs within 30 days after the purchase date, both freight and insurance will be paid by manufacturer.

  6. The warranty is not valid if the product is not returned in its original packaging.

  7. The warranty is not valid if the customer does not obtain an official manufacturer RMA form from distributor and submit a copy of the purchasing invoice to the distributor.
