The end-user will need to provide a description of the nature of the problem to Service If a defect cannot be fixed over the phone, a new product or Field Replacement Unit (FRU) will be sent to the end-user. The end-user will be sent a Return Authorization Shipment form for the original product to be returned to the factory.
